Sydney has the beaches, Melbourne the culture but when it comes to the most expensive suburbs in Australia Sydney claims six of the top 10 spots to Melbourne's one. In a sign of Perth's rise, the growing Western city claims three spots on RP Data's list of the suburbs with the highest median property value.
